As intervenções posteriores não escondem a filiação românica do templo, a que no século XVI foi acrescentado o belo portal de entrada.
Em 1750, o edifício foi reconstruído, conferindo-lhe a traça barroca que hoje apresenta. Obras mais recentes têm vindo a detetar fragmentos de frescos alguns dos quais de influência mudéjar.
The later interventions do not obscure the church’s Romanesque origins, to which the fine entrance portal was added in the 16th century.
